Wheelchairs with big wheels that can roll on the sand, access ramps and mats

More communities at the Jersey Shore are working to make their beaches more inclusive to people with disabilities. In Asbury Park, there are wheelchair-accessible ramps and wheelchair beach chairs available that can roll on the sand. There are even ones, called water wheels, that can go in the water.
